1000 Series Diaphragm
For applications requiring oil-free gas compressor or vacuum pump with flow up to 80 lpm (2.8 cfm), pressure up to 15 psi (1 bar), or vacuum up to 21 Hg (711 mbar). 2000 Series Miniature Diaphragm
For applications requiring small size, low power oil-free gas compressor or vacuum pump with flow up to 1.5 lpm (.05 cfm), pressure of up to 30 psi (2 bar), or vacuum up to 27 Hg (914 mbar). 3000 Series "Radial 12" diaphragm

4000 Series Diaphragm
For applications requiring miniature size, low flow, oil-free gas compressor or vacuum pump with flow up to 0.3 lpm (0.01 cfm), pressure up to 17 psi (1.1 bar), or vacuum up to 23 in. Hg (779 mbar). 5000 Series diaphragm
For applications requiring compact size, oil-free gas compressor or vacuum pump with flow up to 22 lpm (0.8 cfm), pressure up to 6 psi (0.4 bar), or vacuum up to 16 Hg (542 mbar). 6000 Series Diaphragm
For applications requiring compact size, oil-free gas compressor or vacuum pump with flow up to 5.3 lpm (0.2 cfm), pressure up to 25 PSI (1.7 bar), or vacuum up to 27.5 Hg (931 mbar).
